Who is taken and not taken into the astronauts

When making a space flight, astronauts are exposed to a variety of factors, including overload, isolation, weightlessness, noise and others. To cope with all these effects, a person must be well trained. And they prepare cosmonauts for flights for several years.

Overloading is one of the most dangerous factors, because even with acceleration exceeding 1 g, an astronaut’s vision may be impaired, and during a space flight a person may experience overloads from 1 to 7 g. Let’s see how people train so that they can withstand such overloads.
