NASA has published a new panorama of Mars sent in by the new rover

NASA’s Perseverance rover captured a stunning 360-degree panorama of its surroundings while stationed at the Van Zyl Overlook site in the Jezero Crater, an area thought to be the dried bottom of an ancient lake.

The magnificent panorama, composed of 992 individual images taken with the right lens of the rover’s Mastcam-Z stereo imaging system, includes a number of landmarks, from the site where Ingenuity made its historic first flight to the debris that Perseverance dropped before landing.
