The Electron-VM oxygen production system in the Russian segment of the International Space Station (ISS) has failed. This is evidenced by the data of the negotiations of the crew with specialists on Earth, which were broadcast by NASA.
Such emergency situations occur on the ISS, the station has oxygen reserves.
Earlier it was reported that the cosmonauts managed to find the place of the air leak on the ISS, it is located in the Russian module “Zvezda”.
Later, Roskosmos spoke about the narrowing of the air leak search zone to the transition compartment of the Zvezda service module.
