According to an eyewitness, this object was a round, luminous ball with randomly blinking white light, and it seemed to be spinning.
I was looking at the clear blue sky during the day when I noticed this white luminous object moving with blinking white lights across the sky rather quickly.
It seemed to be spinning, and when the lights were off, it looked like a black mass, hovering at times (motionless) and then moving again, changing direction once at a 90 degree angle.
It looks like it was very high in the sky, so it must have been big! I don’t know what it was, definitely not an airplane, or a balloon, or any other known terrestrial apparatus.
